Ask the records.
Ask a question in plain language. Read the supporting quote, speaker, record, and date alongside the answer. Open the passage for more context.
Evidence-backed project memory
Sitoa connects meeting notes, email threads, and project documents to show what was decided, what changed, and what still needs attention.

What it is
Sitoa is an AI-assisted workspace for project knowledge. It keeps answers connected to the words they rest on, and keeps the history when a decision changes. The name is Finnish for “to bind.”
Ask a question in plain language. Read the supporting quote, speaker, record, and date alongside the answer. Open the passage for more context.
Follow a topic from its first proposal to the decision that stands today. Replaced, corrected, withdrawn, and conflicting statements stay distinct.
Surface missing approvals, conflicting updates, and completion that the records do not confirm. See what is needed, who is named, and why it matters.
How it works
Add supported text or paste a note into a project. Choose its audience before sharing it.
Statements are linked to their original passages, with dates, speakers, and location in the record.
Related statements are organised by topic. Later updates, disagreements, and unanswered proposals are kept visible.
Read an evidence-backed answer or review an open item. Add a new record when more information is needed.
A new record is evidence to review—not automatic approval, and not proof that an open item is resolved.
Where it can be used
Sitoa fits teams whose decisions and commitments are spread across conversations and documents. These are potential applications of the project, not claims of customer deployments.
01
Track scope changes, dependencies, accepted dates, and approvals across a long-running implementation.
“Which plan is agreed, and what is still waiting?”
02
Recover documented commitments, recurring concerns, requests, and feedback before the next customer conversation.
“What did we promise, and what did the customer accept?”
03
Give a new colleague the current position and the history behind it, without treating an old note as today’s decision.
“What changed since the previous handover?”
04
Connect reported issues, feature requests, and operational updates to their sources and the follow-up they need.
“Was this reported complete, or was the result verified?”
